Our parents started a tradition...we only purchased vehicles at Jim Satcher in Johnston! Ever since we can remember Jim was the one we went to for that new automobile. Dad never went anywhere else because Jim was the only one he could trust! They became great friends and as we grew older he became a trusted friend as well both in business and out.
We are so sorry for your loss....Jim was a wonderful and caring person who will be greatly missed on earth!
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you...may all the memories of yesterday carry you throughout the days of tomorrow for all generations to come!

I'm going to miss my Buddy Jim so much. He has always been a very special and important part of our lives. He was best friends with my uncle AC as Jim called him (Aaron Reynolds) and my beautuiful angel aunt Connie Reynolds. He spent many hours on the phone with me after Connie's death trying to help me cope.Jim was a wonderful man, a kind loving and funny spirit. It was an honor to know him and call him my friend. I will always love Jim in a very special way and cherish my memories of him. I pray you all can find comfort in knowing he is free now from earthly illness. You all are truly blessed to have such a man as your father. He loved you all so much. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Jim was a great car man. He treated his customers with respect and he loved the Gamecocks. I produced Jim's tv commercials and always knew that "what I wrote" and "what the final version would look like" would be two different things. Jim always paid on time and his handshake was as solid as any written contract. I will miss Jim and wish his entire family the best........Jan Holley
