John Mangan Obituary
Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Lonnie Johnson.
Son of the late John and Mary Kelly Mangan, Jack owned Mangan General Contracting for more than 20 years. He was a St. Rose High School graduate. He loved and adored his grandchildren, enjoyed playing golf and spending time with friends and classmates, and liked to tell people what to do. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Neal Davis, D.O., Hospice of the Sacred Heart and Sinclair Home Care.
Surviving are a son, Sean Mangan and wife, Mallory, Carbondale; a grandson, Lonnie Mangan, and granddaughter, Delaney Jacklyn Mangan; a sister, Karen Mangan Wyandt and husband, Howard, Union Dale; a brother, Tim Mangan and wife, Carolyn, Dunmore; an uncle, Cyril Kelly and wife, Alda; a niece, Caitlyn Mangan and fiancé Eric Davis; a nephew, Ryan Lafferty and wife, Kim; and companion, Ann Quinn Butler, Archbald.
The funeral will be Saturday from Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale, with a service at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment will be at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill. Friends may call Friday, 4 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502.

John was married to my sister Lonnie and they had a wonderful son Sean. John turned out to be a great father and a very good friend of mine. I got to see John on my daughters wedding and so glad I did. There will always be a part of my life missing. You will always be loved John
