To Kitty, Tommy and Sarah...I just found out about Al going home to be with the Lord. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

You were like family to me in my formative teenage years...Al was like a big brother to me...Kitty, you always opened your house to me, inviting me to stay for dinner...

I loved going to the boat races with you guys...it was the highlight of my growing up...

It was Al's influence that convinced me that the Army was my goal...I remember I felt proud that he was proud of me...

Remember you are all in our prayers...

Blessings,

Very sorry to see and hear this.
I had a lot of fond memories of the pizza nights when I was a child. Often looked for him and Tommy both in Bay City at the River Roar but never did find you both. Very sad to hear this.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Kitty, Sara, and Tom,

I just heard of your loss. I'm so sorry. I grew up down the river from Al and when I was little I remember watching him race his boats up and down the river. Al was like a big brother to me. I loved hanging out with him and he taught me a lot. I loved going to the races with him and you Kitty. They were times I will never forget and will always cherish. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Your friend always,

Kitty, Tom, and Sara.......I am so sorry. We grew up together on the River, and Allan spent so much time at our house when we were kids. I have many wonderful memories of our childhood together. I didn't find out in time to attend the service.
