Robert Tucker Obituary

Robert Forrest "Bobby"
Tucker, Sr., passed away
on Feb. 1, 2025, in Atlanta,
Ga.
Born on Nov. 19, 1946, a
beloved father, brother,
uncle, cousin, and friend.
Bobby's presence was a
gift to all who knew him,
his booming voice, infec-
tious laughter, and warm
heart made every moment
spent with him unforget-
table. Known as the
Karaoke King, Bobby's
strong vocals filled every
gathering with joy and his
skills on the drums and pi-
ano were nothing short of
magical. Whether he was
belting out a song, crack-
ing a joke, or sharing one
of his many funny life ex-
periences, Bobby had a
way of making everyone
feel at home.
Cooking was another
one of his superpowers,
his legendary salsa, enchi-
ladas, pasta, cocktails, and
grilled feasts will forever
be remembered. Breakfast
at Bobby's was an experi-
ence, and his tomato sand-
wiches were second to
none. Family reunions al-
ways found their way to
his house, where love,
laughter, and great food
were always guaranteed.
Bobby loved nothing more
than being surrounded by
family and friends, both
those he was born into and
those who became family
along the way. Whether he
was out on the lake, cruis-
ing on a pontoon, or kick-
ing back with a cold Miller
Lite in hand, Bobby was
happiest when he was
with the people he loved.
His mustache game was
strong, but his kindness
was even stronger. He
would give the shirt off his
back to help a loved one in
need and never hesitated
to bring light into any
room he walked into. He
was, simply put, the life of
the party and a rock for
his family and friends.
Though our hearts ache
with his absence, we find
comfort in the countless
memories he leaves be-
hind. His love, generosity,
and joy will live on in all
of us forever. Bobby was
"Unforgettable in every
way," just like the song,
and he will never be for-
gotten by those whose
lives he touched. Rest
easy, Bobby. Sing on, cook
on, and keep the party go-
ing up there.

There is so much to be said about this man that I had the privilege of calling my father. He not only was my best friend, he was the first man that loved me.
He made me laugh for hours and hours. He has always been my musical inspiration and idol. I´m blessed that I got his talent and hope to make him proud one day with it.
Now his cooking... was beyond words. He set the bar so high that not an even a Michelin Chef could compare.
My father, was the entertainer in the kitchen, the grill,& the stage.
He was the glue that held our family together. He was my most favorite person in the world, and still is.
I carry him with me everywhere I go. In my heart, soul, when I sing, when I talk (and that southern drawl sneaks out).
I am blessed to be called his daughter and blessed to be called a TUCKER.
Long live, Robert Forest Tucker in all of our would that he touched.
And may he always be the Georiga on our minds.
