Raymond Denton Obituary
He was the beloved husband of Kathleen (Finnegan) Denton, and the son of the late Ernest Denton and Mabel (Batcheler) Denton.
Raymond was the loving father to Bruce Denton and his wife, Jackie; Keith Denton; Joyce Denton; his daughter-in-law, Brenda; and the late Ellen and Wayne Denton. He was a brother to Ernest Denton, Gertrude Heineman, and Bertha Gilbert.
Ray was a member of the 82nd Airborne Paratrooper Division, and was also an instructor. He owned his own business, Denton Dry Wall, and worked at Walmart as a greeter.
Calling hours for Raymond will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 to 11 a.m., with a service immediately following, at S.R. Avery Funeral Home, located on 3A Bank St., Hope Valley, RI. For online condolences, please visit www.Averyfuneralhome.com.

He was one of the finest men i have ever met and had the pleasure of spending time with.
