Kelly Cummins Obituary

Kelly Denise Cummins, 61, of Kuttawa, passed away Thursday, Aug 22, 2024, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Mercy Health-Lourdes in Paducah.

Kelly was born on May 27, 1963, in Paducah to the late Kenneth and Gloria Orr Cummins. Kelly worked for Easter Seals for many years in addition to working in hospitality for a cruise line. She loved the beach and cherished her trips to Florida. Kelly was a member of Grand Rivers Pisgah Methodist Church.

Kelly is survived by her daughter, Abigail Smith of Lyon County; two brothers, Greg (Renae) Cummins of Florida, and Terry (Tammy) Cummins of Texas; aunts, Beverly Orr Sewell and Susan Cummins; nephew, Bryan (Nichole) Cummins; niece, Erin Cummins Baker; great-nieces and nephews, Ryan Baker, Ari Baker, Madilyn Cummins, and Harper Cummins; best friends, Kym Stembridge and Mitzi Curtis; several loving cousins.

In addition to her parents, Kelly is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Anna and R.B. Cummins; and maternal grandparents, Beatrice and Noble Orr.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
