So very sorry to read of Guy's passing. I met him through his wife Pauline and he was a wonderful man and quite a gentleman. He and Pauline often came to my aunt's restaurant, The Anchor, where I had the pleasure of serving them. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and he will be long remembered by all who knew and loved him. Treasure all your wonderful memories, they will help during this difficult time. My deepest condolences to all your family.

We were sorry to hear of Guy's passing, and deeply feel his loss. He is with his Pauline now. We didn't hear about his Memorial in time to attend. But wish we could have been there to honor him.
R.I.P. Guy. The world was a better place with you in it.

Carol, you were always one of my favorite "girls"! It was such a pleasure to share so much of your young life. You and Guy were both very special to Renie, too. She, and her husband, live with me now.I'm very healthy, but my muscle support, and stamina, both are degenerating due to my post Polio Syndrome. I'll be 86 in June, but I've sworn I won't start smoking again until I'm 90! Come by, or call, any time. I'm in the Book.
We send you our love and sympathy. Your parents were both such terrific people, I'm sure you must miss them both daily.
Please be in touch when you need a hug!
Love, Rosemarie ( and Renie + Family, too)

Guy was an incredible man who will be greatly missed.
We frequently saw him walking in the Big Foot subdivision in Willow Creek or tending his immaculate yard. I think every one who knew him marveled at his zest for life, he was a true Humboldt County icon who served his community as he served his country. Men of his stature are rare indeed. Our hearts go out to his family who will miss him the most. We wish him Godspeed.

We are very sorry to hear of Guy's passing. Guy and Sam met in the early sixties and became fast friends. They frequently spent time over coffee, attended many a function and meeting together. Over the years they watched each others family's grow. They greatly enjoyed fishing and comradeship. Their friendship extended over decades. Guy's warmth and special spirit will be greatly missed. So sad to hear of Guy's passing. Your mother probably wanted to know what took him so long! I'm sure my dad has him cornered now telling him jokes. My thoughts are with all of you. Kristy Norton.
