May cherished memories cradle beloved wife Belkis and John's dearest family during this time of emotional endurance. Reuniting with John's Mom & Dad, Uncle Bob, Bobby, Danny and Dennis has been promised to have been a joyous occasion. Prayerfully, thoughts of that sweet sight might enlighten heavy hearts that mourn. May comfort & peace lovingly shroud your family now & always.

It was at this same place last week that I had to stop for a traffic light when I got the call from Mary that you were gone. Not a day or an hour has passed that I haven't thought of you. It's been a week filled with tears, calls, text messages and sadness over your passing. I know they say you're in a better place but I can't help but think a better place would be here with your family. You were taken from us far too soon. We were unprepared, it was so sudden and unexpected. We haven't been able to understand how or why, but you're gone and we can't change that. Acceptance will take time. Some unpleasantries from our childhood have resurfaced with your passing. There are a lot of things I wish had been different, but your smile, your sense of humor, and your loving spirit will long be remembered. Each of us hold dear our memories of what we loved most in you. You're gone little brother but you'll remain in our thoughts and hearts forever. If there is that hereafter we all hope for I know you're in the loving arms of your Mother, Father, Mary, and your cousins that went before you. Rest in loving peace John.
