April Otis Obituary
Born in Berlin on Jan. 5, 1983, she was the daughter of Marcel and Linda (Bolles) Otis.
April attended Williamstown Elementary School and was a graduate of Spaulding High School, class of 2001. After her schooling, she was employed at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin in the food service department and later in the cafeteria department for the Statehouse.
Surviving are her parents, Marcel and Linda Otis, of Barre; one daughter, Alexis Otis, of Barre; one brother, Richard Otis, and his companion, Shauna Moote, of Orange; her paternal grandparents, Gerard and Jacqueline Otis, of Barre; her maternal grandparents, Leland and Shirlene Bolles, of East Barre; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Hunter J. Potvin.
A Libra service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 2 p.m. in St. Monica Catholic Church in Barre for both April Otis and Hunter Potvin.
There will be no calling hours.
Burial will follow the service in St. Sylvester Cemetery in Lower Websterville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in April's memory may be made to Alexis Otis, in care of Granite Hills Credit Union, 328 N. Main St., Barre, VT 05641.
Arrangements are in the care of the Pruneau-Polli Funeral Home, 58 Summer St., Barre.
