Michael Levesque Obituary
Michael was an avid lacrosse player, snowboarder and mountain biker. He also loved photography and had a talent for capturing natural scenes and wildlife. Michael always showed great passion in all of his endeavors and his outgoing and ebullient personality earned him many lifelong friends. Michael loved his family, friends and animals. He will be deeply missed by all.
Michael is survived by his mother and stepfather, Andrea (Guerrein) Levesque and Joseph Collier Sr., of Morrisville, Vermont; his father and stepmother, Chet Levesque and Roseli Walker, of Rockville, Maryland; his sister, Anna Levesque and her fiance, Jared Weinstein, of New York; stepsisters, Hillary Collier and Lauren Collier, both of Morrisville; and stepbrothers, Joseph Collier Jr., of Morrisville, and Steven Walker, of California; grandmother, Paula Guerrein, of Erie, Pennsylvania; and grandparents, Erny and Edwina Levesque, of St. David, Maine; uncle, Eric Guerrein and his wife, Teresa, of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania; aunt, Patricia Levesque, of St. David; and many cousins and their children.
Michael was predeceased by his grandfather, Donald Guerrein, and uncle, Eugene Levesque, both of St. David.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Faith Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Online condolences may be made by visiting faithfh.net.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to the Central Vermont Humane Society at P.O. Box 687, Montpelier, VT 05601, or https://centralvermonthumane.org.

To all family and friends that have sent (and continue to send) condolences, thanks, and prayers regarding the passing our our beloved Michael, we offer our most sincere gratitude. Whether you've communicated via Michael's online obituary guest book, sent a traditional sympathy card to our home, posted an entry on social media, or any alternative means, please know that your kind words played a significant role in the warming of our heavy hearts, and in easing some of the pain we are all dealing with at this time. Offering simple thanks to you for your outreach seem so inadequate - yet, your words were so important to all of us, more than we can express.
Of course, our most cherished appreciation is not simply for the incredible outpouring of support for us as his surviving family, but rather for the time you all took from your personal schedules to remember and memorialize Michael for the wonderful person he was, and for the depth of the impact he had on everyone. Based on your responses, his impact on so many people is indisputable and makes clear how much he was loved, and the extent to which he will be missed. In his own words, he often referred to himself jokingly as one of a kind!. Well, he truly was that.
Those who knew Michael observed just how creative, courageous, inventive, hard-working, dedicated, fun-loving, adventurous, and righteous he was. Those of you who were lucky enough to know him very well understood that he had a heart so large that it could swallow you whole. A father could not possibly have been any prouder of his son than I was.
May your memories of Michael bring you joy for years to come.

It is so disheartening to get the news of sweet Michael, several days ago! I can't imagine the pain that you are all feeling.......Mike was such a quiet, sweet, blue-eyed handsome young man in my 3rd and 4th grade classrooms.he was kind and so caring, loving his animals..I still see him as he walked into the class to share his pet hedgehog...his face lit up when he showed and explained to me all about it.He will contact you, when you least expect it...a soft breeze, an unexplained touch, a whisper which can't be located.He is here...be watchful.He is truly an angel watching over you, and pain free...My deepest sympathies to all of you.
