SHUART, Darline Bailey, went home March 9, 2022, leaving behind a devoted husband of 58 years, Eugene "Bobby" D. Shuart Sr.; she was a devoted mother of four, Eugene "David" Shuart (Marsha), Debra E. Cobb (Michael), Shryl L. Shuart-Finn (Buddy). She was preceded in death by her son, Dwayne G. "Pete" Shuart; grandmother of nine grandchildren and great-grandmother to 13. She retired from Merrill Lynch with 42-and-a-half years. Darline was a member of Ocran United Methodist Church in Sutherland, Va. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a funeral ceremony will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, March 17. Interment to follow in Maury Cemetery. Reception to follow at Bliley's-Chippenham. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Affinity Hospice and/or a charitable organization of your choice.

Bobby, we have known each other for a very long time, since Bainbridge junior high. We are sorry to hear about Darlene's passing but be thankful for all the years that you had together in a loving relationship. I know this is a difficult time for you and your family but be strong in knowing that she is now in God's Kingdom now and forever.
