There are no words to adequately describe my appreciation & respect for Dr Riddick. In 1976, when my husband Ed, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he was 36 &. I was 31. We had a 4 year old child.
Dr Riddick was able to advise us of the seriousness of the disease, as well as how short the survival time could be. And yet, he also left us with hope & encouragement. My husband lasted 11 months, which at the time was considered rather amazing. Dr Riddick's compassion, along with his expertise was truly a gift for which I will ever be thankful. God bless you Dr Riddick, as you have richly blessed your patients & their families.

I was so saddened to hear of Dr. Riddick's passing. Dr. Riddick was my oncologist when it was found that I had breast cancer in 1998. Having lost my mother to the disease, it was a difficult diagnosis to receive. My surgeon Dr. Davis, recommended him as he too had been his patient. Dr. Riddick visited me while I was in the hospital after surgery. He proved to be a wonderful doctor and gave much needed advice that has helped me through all these many years. My sympathies go out to the family who knew and loved him so dearly.

For all family of Dr. Riddick. Please feel my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I was his patient in Richmond and Dr. Riddick saved my life in 1999 when he treated me for breast cancer. He was always so positive with me, and the only times I felt confident about my survival were after my visits with him. He "taught" me how to control the "cancer cloud". He was an amazing man. I know many will miss him. I send you prayers and love for your loss.
