Dearest Francine, Frank Jr., Shirley and Sherwood, Please know that my prayers have been with you and your family during this time of illness and during loss of Mrs. Epps and now Mr. Epps. My parents, sibliings and I have fond memories dating back to 1969 when we became next door neighbors on East 32nd street. The block remains close, and your family is one of the ties that so tightly bonds us. I have always admired the bond that your family continues to hold. Thank you all for being the neighbors that you have been, and still are, especially to my Mother who is still there. Your parents will always remain in our hearts.
Love, Vetta
