Gregory Snoddy Obituary
Gregory is survived by his wife, Sandra Snoddy; son, Byron Jackson (Anna) of Georgia; daughter, Brittney Jackson (Ben) of Walland, Tenn.; grandsons, Hayden Jackson and Pierce Murphy of Walland, Tenn.; mother, Sharon Snoddy of Midlothian, Va.; mother-in-law, Mavis Kitzmiller of Bristol, Va.; aunt, Linda Snoddy Lippy of Powhatan, Va.; all his many "golf buddies," "hunting buddies" and coworkers; and his special kitties, Daisy and Oreo. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pathways Church, 1126 Wagner Drive, Sevierville, Tenn. 37862 (please specify in memory of Greg Snoddy).
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 23, with the Celebration of Life to follow at 5 p.m. Sunday, at Pathways Church, Sevierville, with Pastor Brent Freeman officiating. Online condolences may be made at atchleyfuneralhome.com.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Greg once. I had a dream last night of the person who helped save my wife Jenny and I after a horrible car crash that happened on Oct. 27th of 2019. This man was like an angel out of nowhere, he calmed us and reassured that everything would be alright and made sure everything was taken care of. In my dream I recalled this tragic event and of the man who help saved us and I also remember being told in this dream that he had passed away. After I woke I looked through our records of the crash and found his name, I then looked him up on the internet so I could thank him only to find out that he did pass recently. We feel heartbroken that we never got the chance to thank this true angel of a man. I feel he came to me in my dream for a reason that I don't yet realize. If there is anything I can do to help the family or friends of this man please let me know. God bless you Greg and may you rest in joy and peace and thank you for the kindness that you gave us.

Greg was one of the people I most enjoyed working with at Encompass. He was larger than life so it is hard to believe he is gone. My condolences to his entire family.
