James Moss Obituary

MOSS, James "Skippy" L., Jr., 74, of Richmond, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2022. Surviving are his daughter, Alison Moss Noel; two grandchildren, Micah and Will Jr.; uncle, Thomas Brown; other relatives and friends. He was a retired firefighter with the City of Richmond Fire Department. A private memorial service will be held. Arrangements by Scott's Funeral Home. Online guestbook at scottsfuneralhome.com.

Skippy was like family to us we had a lot of good times together with Yvonne and Alison. Skippy was fun to be around and kept everybody happy. I thank God for him and pray God's peace and blessings to the family. I will keep everyone in prayer. God's Love
