Eric Hoffman Obituary
Born in Kingston, he was a son of Rosalie (Ruseskas) Hoffman and the late James R. Hoffman. He was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, Welder Training and Testing Institute, Georgetown. He was formerly employed by Royer Foundry, Kingston and Calfab and Machinery Inc., Exeter.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter, gardener and loved Phillies baseball.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Paul and his wife, Kimberly, of Forty Fort, James and his wife, Laura, of Kingston; sisters, Gemma Thompson and her husband, Jeffrey, of Hemlock, N.Y., Roberta, of Philadelphia, Gretchen, of Baltimore, Md.; nieces, nephews and beloved companion, Ilah Hagen.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday from the Kopicki Funeral Home, 263 Zerbey Ave., Kingston, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Annunciation Church. Interment will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Lehman. Friends may call Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Eric’s memory.
