Dear Sandra “Sam” and family,
When Aunt Lorraine told me about your mother's death, we began reminiscing about the laughter and wonderful stories that were shared when we met in Wilkes-Barre and Mountaintop. We were truly blessed to have such smart, funny, strong, “survivor” mothers! Just as I imagine my mother restored to full health and humor in the heavenly realm, so I imagine your mother restored as well, and they're all together – eating, talking and laughing. But this is such a hard time and the loss so real. Sending sympathy and love to you all, Joanie's daughter, Allyson

Dear Sandra "Sam" and family,
When Aunt Lorraine told me of your mother's death, we reminisced about the laughter and wonderful stories that were shared when we would meet up in Wilkes-Barre or Mountaintop. What strong, funny, honest, salt-of-the earth, "survivor" mothers we were blessed with! Just as I imagine my mother restored to full health, strength and humor in the heavenly realm, so I imagine those things for your mother. But this time is still so hard, and life so different. Sending love and sympathy to all of you. Joanie's daughter Allyson
