Bill was one of the kindest persons I've known. Always smiling and wanting to be helpful in any way. His military service at US Air Force
bases overseas, especially missile launching units, kept America out
of conflicts by being an active part of an effective deterrent. I've
lost a brother-in-law and friend, sadly. May he now rest in peace.
