Carmen F. Barbaro, 85, of Brighton Twp., was called to his heavenly home on September 27, 2020, at Apple Blossoms in Moon Twp., Pa.
Born November 22, 1934, he was the son of the late Minnie and Frank Barbaro, and was a faithful member of Faith Community UMC in Rochester, where he served on several different committees. Carmen worked at the Aliquippa Post Office for 42 years, as well as several other part time jobs.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Rose Scappe and Antonette Novalk; sister-in-law, Phyllis Barbaro and a brother, Domenic Barbaro.
Surviving Carmen is his wife, Judy Barbaro of 31 years; his three children, Karen (Albert) Pietosi, Christine (John) Knight and Rick Barbaro; his brothers, Frank Barbaro and Joseph (Denise) Barbaro; step-sons, whom he was very fond of, Michael (Bonnie) Darrow and Mark Darrow; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, October 2, 2020, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the NOLL FUNERAL HOME INC., 333 Third St., Beaver, PA 15009. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Faith Community UMC, 341 Jefferson Street, Rochester PA 15074.
