Dear Andrea, Nicole & Aunt Mary, I am very sorry not to have seen this in time to attend the services. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Alan was a great guy and, like Uncle Peter, would give his shirt off of his back. I am shocked at his loss, you have my deepest condolences. Kevin Terrell (Mary Jo Gusse's son)

Thank you Deborah. Alan spoke of you many times to me, and I know he would appreciate you offering your help in my time of need, as I know I do. I will stop in to see you sometime to talk when I feel up to it. Thank you again.

Dear Gusse Family,
Our sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. Alan was a friend and great business acquaintance of myself as well as any other antique people. I will miss the many intelligent conversations about the antique and auction business we have had through the years. Andrea, If you need anything while you are in Esperance please feel free to stop down to my shop on the corner. The Cass family would be happy to help in your time of need. Much love, from your friends and neighbors in Esperance.

Thank you so much Robert. I was glad to hear from you. There was just no way for me to contact everyone Alan knew, he knew so many people, everywhere we went there was someone saying "hello Alan". I am glad to know so many people will remember him fondly and yes, his laugh will never be forgotten by anyone for sure. I just don't know what we will do without him. He is the most wonderful man I ever knew, he always put Nicole and I first. he always made sure we knew just how much we meant to him.
Thank you so much for your kind words.

Andrea,
I am so Sorry for the Loss of such a Great Guy...I was away when I heard of Alans passing.Alan has been a friend of our family's since i can remember.
We are in shock. So saddened.I realize mere words cannot convey what a wonderful guy he has always been to those who really knew Him.
I swear, I can hear that Big Wonderful Uproarious laugh of His...
There are a few times in ones lifetime, when they truly wish they had kept in better contact with a Dear Family friend....(He used to be blocks from our house basically, in our younger days...and always stopping by)
This is one of those times...I wish I had made a better effort to see him more..
I have so many great memories of dealings with Alan..As a Friend...and also in business ..I really consider myself Lucky..
Not to mention...He is a Guy I have never had a cross word with...(pretty rare and good...in the Antiques World)
I am sure you know just how much everyone loved the Big Guy...
Our entire Family is saddened....to say the least...
We wish we had been able to come to the services...
Please know....You are All in Our Thoughts and Prayers .
If there is anything you need...please reach out...
With Much Love and Condolences
Deepest Sympathies..Robert Hunt and Family

thank you so much, everyone. Alan was well liked, as I can see from here and at his calling hours this evening. he was always so outgoing and always had his own way of making people laugh and smile. he loved to talk and always had so much to say. he is so smart and he always floored me with his knowledge of antiques. how could one man remember so many things? he did.
I love him more than words can describe, and even though I can't be with him physically now, I know he is with our daughter Nicole and I forever in our hearts. he made me want to be a better person. I was better for knowing him. he was our everything.
