Conor Bradshaw Obituary

Bradshaw, Conor S. BALLSTON SPA Conor S. Bradshaw, 19, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was born in Saratoga Springs, on August 23, 1998. Conor graduated from Galway High School, and was in his second year of college attending the University of New Haven, where he was pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. Conor enjoyed outdoor activities including snowmobiling, snowboarding, fishing, riding jet skis and motorcyles. When he went camping, he was the fire starter, always trying to make it bigger and hotter. Conor was an athlete also and was a member of the varsity soccer team and wrestling team while in high school. In his younger years, he played Pop Warner Football. He was a member of the Saratoga County 4-H and showed dairy cows at the Saratoga County Fair. Conor was kindhearted and respectful. He was a natural leader who enjoyed spending time with kids. He was loved by all who knew him. Conor is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kimberly and Richard Smith Jr; father Scott Bradshaw; siblings, Brandon, Alexandrea and Dawson Smith; grandparents, Fred and Linda Bradshaw, Barbara and Earl Kehoe, Shelley and Richard Smith, Sr.; girlfriend and best friend, Caroline Conti; and her parents, James and Diane Conti; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, October 26, at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, October 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Conor may be made to the Galway Central School Athletic Department, 5317 Sacandaga Road, Galway, NY 12074. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Conor as a fun loving boy who was so gentle when he was holding my granddaughter Chloe. I know Conor will be watching over all of you forever. My prayers are being sent out to all he left behind to continue his journey.
