Daniel Vunk Obituary
VOORHEESVILLE - Daniel Thomas Vunk of Voorheesville, N.Y., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at home with family.
Dan was a 1985 graduate of Clayton A. Bouton High School in Voorheesville, N.Y. He went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts specializing in Graphic Design at the Junior College of Albany.
Daniel had a successful career in the Saratoga area in the Graphic Arts/Publishing/Marketing community for many years. He also enjoyed managing his landscaping/design business, along with independent work as a Contract Graphic Designer.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Marlene Vunk; his children, Madison and Jackson; sisters, Jacquelyn (Daniel) Morin, Carol (Lou) Alpy, and Christine (Paul) Parker; nephew, Austin Parker; and niece, Sarrah Parker. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Vunk.
A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be held Saturday, March 1, at 11 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church, 68 Maple Ave., Voorheesville, N.Y. For additional information and to leave condolences, please visit the funeral home website.

I was so sorry to hear about Dan's passing. I have wonderful memories of playing basketball with him when we were kids. He will always be in my heart for teaching me how to dribble between my legs when we were in 3rd grade. My deepest condolences go out to his family. Dan was a great guy.
