Grace L. Kelly

Kelly, Grace L. EAST GREENBUSH Grace Kelly, 82, formerly of Boncroft Dr. and later of Hawthorne Ridge, passed away June 16, 2010 at the Community Hospice at St. Peter's. Born in Astoria, Queens, Mrs Kelly was employed as an executive secretary for Standard Oil in N.Y.C. prior to raising her family She later resumed her career as secretary at the Benet Labs at the Watervliet Arsenal. Mrs Kelly was a communicant of Holy Spirit Church a member of the Post Stroke Club of Albany and the Friends of the East Greenbush Library where her late husband had served on the board. Predeceased by her devoted husband, Lawrence J. Kelly and her sister, Marie Compton, Grace is survived by her loving daughters, Mrs Karen (Doug) Thierry of Cold Brook, N.Y., Mrs Patricia (Doug) Carroll of North Greenbush, Cathleen M. (James) Bellisario of East Greenbush and a loving son, Lawrence J. Kelly III of Hohokus, N.J.; proud grandmother of Alexandra, Thomas and Ian Bellisario, Michael (Amy) and Daniel Mulvana, Meghan Emily and Andrew Carroll; one great-grandson, Michael Hunter Mulvana. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Saturday morning at 8:30 at the Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpk., Rensselaer and at 9 a.m. at the Church of the Holy Spirit, East Greenbush where the Liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated.
