Ann,
I haven't seen your Mom since 1968, but when I read her obituary I remembered her as if it was only yesterday. You are fortunate that she was with you for so many years. Treasure your memories and reminisce often. This will ease your pain and will help you to smile through your grief. Please extend my sympathy to your father, your brother, Andy and your son.
Love, Nathalie

Ann,
I was very sorry to hear of your Mom's death. We have had such similar experiences with our Mothers, as daughters and as nurses. I went through this with my Dad and I remember finding comfort in knowing that he appreciated my being there to help make those end of life decisions with him and my Mom. I am sure your Mom appreciated it , too.
