Paul - I only hope that her final days were pain-free and that you and the girls were ready for the inevitable. We've known each other for eons and I know that the finality of it will come to yu during the year.
If you would like to spend a few days in Florida this winter, you are more than welcome to come here. Two old farts hanging out in the sun!
Give my love to the girls. They will probably miss mom more than anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Paul, Laura & Kathy,

After knowing Vonnie for 30 years, it's hard to believe she's gone. She was a fighter to the end and her resolute determination amazed me.I will miss our conversations and I hope the flowers in heaven are far more beautiful and plentiful than they are on earth. This thought gives me some solace and I hope it does for you too.
With love and heartfelt
condolences,
Anita,Matthew,Richard & Lindsay Collins

Paul - My heart goes out to you and your family with Vonne's passing (especially at this time of year). Although I never met her in person, I feel like I've known her through your stories as I sat so many times in your dentist chair (never my favorite place). After you retired, we still kept in touch, and you always had kind words for me during some of my own difficult times. I remember you always passed along Vonne's comments, too. It was always so obvious what a team that you two were.

Always remember:
"We can shed tears now that she is gone
Or we can smile because she lived."

God Speed, Vonne.
