I am the nephew of Maura Milone, and I remember my aunt speaking of Margaret many times over the years. My aunt was a typing teacher in renselier and lived on Red Mill Road until her passing. I will pray for Margaret this weekend. May God Bless.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. My Mom, Sandy Staats, spoke very fondly of Margaret, when she was her care taker.

Dearest Anne and Rita,
My very deepest condolences at the passing of your Mom. I have many warm and happy feelings about the times I spent at your home in Delmar during our VI years and the graciouness and love I always felt from your mother - even though I know we tended to get really silly with our Phyllis Diller albums and such, but we never seemed to get to her! Just the opposite. I remember the cookies she offered us right from your oven and her sitting in the living room with her beloved cats. It all added up to a great time at the Hoffmans', and I cherish the memories of my time there and of your mother. Remember that you now have a special guardian angel looking after your all.

I remember Margaret's pleasant nature...her love of family...
watching Jeopardy...cutting out word scrambles to send to Patrick in Nanibia...sitting peacefully and happily in her beautiful room at Mike and Anne's...and lastly a sunny summer afternoon when i was working at Bayberry Court when Margaret was going for a walk with an aide. She might have been Greta Garbo with her sunglasses, shawl, and blanket on her lap. A beaming smile on her face. I pulled my truck along side of her wheelchair to say hello. "Hi Chris. Isn't it a beautiful day!" Yes, it was... Peace be with you dear friend. Job wll done! Namaste.
