Remembering the first day he was introduced in school as a new student. We knew then,,, he was a force to be reckoned with. Continue to rest now Michael, and keep an eye on how the Class of '75 is doing going forward...

You won't likely meet a more colorful person than Mike. His comic antics, boundless energy were unique to say the least. Our days at Shenendahowa, SCCC, SUNY Plattsburgh and hiking the Adirondacks are some of my fondest memories. Rest in Peace.

To Mike's friends and family,
I am saddened to hear of your loss. Heaven has a true angel. My most treasured memories are of High School English class. The speeches Mike gave were often hilarious as well as imaginative and knowledgeable. He made Shakespere tolerable. Forever missed but never forgotten Call-any-pinto.

I was so shocked to hear of Mike's death even though like others I moved away from CP. Mike's image is forever locked in my memory, his contagious smile, sense of humor and the laughs we would share often developed into our own language. I extend my heartfelt sorrow to his family, friends, both new and old. May you rest in eternal peace “Peepazole”.

I learned of Mikes passing late last week. At that time my sister-in-laws husband had passed away also...same age and circumstances. Today was his funeral and his minister stated, "we will ask ourselves many questions in our time of grief..but we cannot question that Gods love for his children is not the greatest love of all." Rest in Peace Mike (Zig)

Time passes so quickly when we look down so focused on our own lives...unfortunately it takes a moment like this to make us look up and see all the people that came in and out of our lives and in some way shaped us along the way...my memories are of Mohawk Little League. Rest in Peace Mike and may your family be at peace with their memories of your life!

Michael and all of Mikes loved ones.,
I am so sorry for your loss. Mike is a true piece of my "happy history" throughout my school years.
I was so happy to talk with Mike at his last garage sale. We spoke about old school memories, his Mom and her years teaching at Shenendedhowa-as well as his well known neighbor Miss Margaret Simmons- (a hugh part of the Rexford area and Shenendehowa as well.
His smile was as big that day as it was the first time I met him in elemntary school.
May your happy memories of Michael, carry you through this most difficult time. My heart goes out to you and yours . Please know that my prayers are with you as well.
