Nancy Biscone Obituary

Biscone, Nancy A.
RAVENA - Nancy A Biscone, 94, died peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at St Peter's Hospital in Albany.
The daughter of the late Carmen and Frances Adamo Clouse, she graduated from Ravena High School and the Radiologic Technology School. She lived almost her entire life in Ravena.
She is survived by her loving children, Joe Biscone II (Kathy), and Nancy Warner (Hal); her cherished grandchildren, Emily Biscone Hubbard, Carmen Warner Crow (Natalie) and James Biscone (Stephanie); and her beloved great-grandchildren, Ava and Maddie Hubbard, Carter and Lincoln Crow and Ryder Biscone. She is also survived by cousins and several nieces and nephews. Cooking for them all was her passion.
Nancy literally devoted her life to her family whom she fiercely loved and cherished. She worked outside the home as an x-ray technician, which was secondary only after she raised her children. She worked with Drs. Vienna, Tamayo, Kelleher and Merzig throughout her years in the medical field. Bingo and bus trips to the casino were what she always enjoyed.
Calling hours will be on Monday, November 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, in The Church of St. Patrick. Burial will immediately follow in the Grove Cemetery in Coeymans.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Church of St. Patrick, 21 Main St., Ravena, NY, 12143, or RCS Community Library, 95 Main St., Ravena, NY, 12143.

Nancy was one of the very first ladies that I met in 1973, 50 years ago this year. Her daughter Nancy and I became great friends. The family has been there for me in good times and bad. I can´t thank this family enough for welcoming me into the village so many years ago. RIP dear friend.
