Dear D'Angelo Family, We wanted to write and tell how sorry we are for your loss of such a giving soul. Nic visited our shop downtown, Sandwiches to Go, for many years with his buddy, Patrick at his side. He was always so kind. He would always bring candy bars to our special needs employee who cleans our dining room. He even bought us a bottle of wine when he retired. Always so generous and always a smile on his face, he was an inspiration to all of us who knew him. You were blessed to have him in your lives. Our deepest Sympathy,

I saw Nick about 4 months ago and had no idea he was sick. He was a very decent man who enjoyed talking about "old Albany" and politics and of course horse racing! He will be missed by all who knew him. My deepest sympathy to his children and family.
