We are so sorry to learned of Phil's death. Phil volunteered at Troy Area United Ministries as a custodian for a brief time, and he was wonderful! He was reliable, hardworking and talented. All of our staff liked Phil! We will miss him, and our prayers are with your whole family. God bless you.
