I knew Robert at Digital Equipment Corp. in the early 80s. We were changing the world with a new and transforming technology in a company that was leading the pack. Minicomputers. It's great rival was IBM. We were a collection of Ph.D.s in literature getting familiar with software and bringing academe into the world of high technology. Robert was proficient and even-keeled and thriving, as his later career shows, in a new and somewhat overwhelming world. All blessings, dear Robert, and sympathy to your beautiful and extensive family.

Robert was a volunteer in my fourth grade classroom in Boston for many years. He had great energy and a fun sense of humor. He helped many children grow socially and academically. I´m sorry for your loss.

I am very sorry for your loss. I met Robert in 1975 at Northeastern University in Burlington MA. Sharing the same last name as my Mom, Mary Louise Denn Creath, I went to meet him and found out he was my Mom's first cousin. I am sorry I never met him again.
