I've known Walter since 7th grade. We had many good times together. Countless discussions, multiple motorcycle trips with my wife Doreen, many Chinese food meals, visits to his homes and his to ours in New York City, Atlanta, and Florida. He helped me with computer issues with his expertise in electronics. I will miss a good friend.

Sorry to learn of Walter's passing. We were friends for many years and I have many fond memories of our time spent together. Per his wishes, I made a donation to the Nature Conservancy. You will be missed, dear friend.

I will miss Walter. Our last conversation was very cerebral. It was all about the economy and included history and forensics and all sorts of tangents.
