Dear Shirley and family,

I am assuming you are Shirley Rider from Folkston, Ga.? I't been years since I've been in contact with you and have often wondered where you were.

I was so sorry to see the notice about Abe. Been quite a few years that he was our 'bread man' at my daddy's gas station here in MacClenny. He was such a nice person, what little I knew of him I liked very much.

I pray that God will wrap his arms around you and your family and give you comfort and peace. I just recently lost my precious daddy (88)

and it is difficult to let go, but just knowing they are in the presence of our wonderful Heavenly Father is a great comfort in itself.

God bless all of you.

My condolences to each of you. The notice caught my eye because my sister, Doris, is married to Allen J. Schrock of Goshen, Indiana. I would suppose that Doris and Allen are acquainted with members of your family who live in Goshen. They have been there for many years--since the mid '50's, I'm sure.
