It was a pleasure to work with Chuck on many issues in support of vDuval County seniors and in particular our veterans. Chuck was a one of a kind "can do" kind of guy. We worked together on the County Council on Elder Affairs and Chuck was never at a loss for worthy causes and energy to pursue them. Prayers to all his family and friends..
