To Orlean, his family and his friends. I have been praying for Orlean, his mom and dad, brothers and sisters, friends who were with him that day...I just want to tell you that many of my friends are praying for your child and family, too. Although we don't know you, we feel your loss and I think you will always be in my heart. I'm terribly sorry. I can see that you are believers, so I believe that the prayers of so many will comfort your heart in some measure. We know your son is in Heaven, and although you miss him on Earth, you will be reunited again someday. God's blessings on you and your family and friends...I hope you know there are people out there in this community who are praying for you even though we don't know you. Much love.

To Fizroy and Bigga Rankkens (incorrect spelling), I am truely sorry for the lost of such a young man. He had alot in life to do. But eventually god had better plans. Orlean is now with God. He now has his wings. Which he will fly and watch over you forever or until you meet again. Even though he is not here in body, he will always be here in spirit, your hearts, and your memories. May he forever rest in peace.

On August 29, 1990 joy filled the hearts of family and friends, however 13 1/2 years later on March 20, 2004 silence hushed those same hearts. Left now with only the love and memories of you, Orlean "Bigga Rankin" Plummer Jr.. Your personality, sense of humor, and gorgeous smile has earned you your wings. Daddy let 13 doves go to represent each of your life, and now you are free. Dont look back. Mommy loves you, but there is no greater lover than God's love. Enjoy your eternal life.

Dear Plummer Family,
I have never met you, but have had
you in my prayers since we first
heard of Orlean's accident. I lost
my sixteen year old brother the same way in 1962. It took days for
them to find him also, so I know
of the heartbreak you are all going
through. It's hard to understand why we have to lose them when they're so young. We have to trust
that God had a special plan and
they are now in the comfort of his arms. We grieve for each of you, and want you to know that there are
many people who have you in their
thoughts and prayers. May God bless
each of you.
With deepest sympathy,

"Blessed are they that mourn:for they shall be comforted." Matt 5:4
Billy "rides out" for so many of our fallen soldiers and angels that it is only fair to support his family in their time of grief. Only God knows the pain that you all may be feeling and may he comfort you during your angel's "homecoming." When my friend Guanda told me what was going on, I immediately sent up my prayers. I am a mother of two children, and noone but the Lord would be able to heal my heart if something that tragic happened. So know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers continuously.
God bless!
