MICHAEL LAPOINT Obituary
Michael was born April 27, 1966, in Blossburg. He was the husband of Tracy A. LaPoint. Michael was the son of Keith L. Sr. and Ella Marie Thomison LaPoint.
He was a diesel mechanic.
Michael is survived by his mother and father of Middlebury Center; sons, Josh LaPoint (Wendy), Spencer LaPoint, all of Deltona, Fla.; daughters, Allyson LaPoint of Deltona, Fla., Britney R. Woodward, Shaylene D. Graves of Wellsboro; brother, Keith Lloyd LaPoint, Jr. of Middlebury Center; also survived by a one week old granddaughter, Bristol Shay Smith.

Mike you made serving in the Marine Corps quite an experience. You were one of the funniest guys in weapons platoon. God has one more Eagle Scout to help him out around heaven. Rest in peace brother, we will all be together once again soon enough.

Every morning, I wake up and forget just for a moment that it happened. But then it all comes back and the sadness begins to overwhelm me. There's an ache in my heart every time I think of you. I remember back to a couple years ago when I first met you, all the way up to the last moment we spent together. You could put a smile on the saddest face and a pain in every stomach from laughter. Even though you aren't physically here, you live on in the hearts of so many.
