I just found this obit online, I tried to call my good friend and cousin Bud yesterday and realized how long it had been since I reached out to him. We used to be partners in geneology from approx 2001 to 2010. I received so many emails and manila envelopes from him, too many to count. We spoke for hours for several years about tracing the Family all the way back, we made many big discovering together and I miss him. My last 6-7 years have been very challenging for me and didn't have a chance to reconnect with Bud. You were a true friend and brother in the Lord, I miss you today and I would like to send me love to your children and grandchildren, I would love to have a way to connect with them and not lose the special connection that we once had. Rest in peace

My sincere condolences to you, Bud's family. My close friendship with your Mom, Nancy, brings back many good memories of both your Mom and Dad. Many a good weekly lunches at Charlies bought us so close in heart.

My sincere sympathy to your family. Bud was an amazing businessman and Bruce enjoyed working with him. He was a good mentor and Bruce learned a lot from him. We enjoyed the days of the company trips with both your parents. We are so sorry for your loss

I met Bud when he delivered a lecture at the Canaday Center at UT about the Veterans History Project. He mentored me about how do to interviews with veterans. He gave me some names to interview and the veterans I interviewed resulted in some of the greatest stories you could imagine. I will always be grateful to Bud for leading the way to some precious memories that I will cherish always. Godspeed my friend.

Andrew was one of the best businessmen and friend to so many of local businesses, including mentoring me at Mid Am Inc. and Sky Financial for many years. He was always a person that you could count on and know his advice was always correct. I will always be indebted to his wisdom and professional skills. May God Bless his family and give them strength during this trying time. With much respect and love. Ed Reiter
