Christopher M. Sass, 37, of
Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at his home. He was born in Toledo on January 11, 1980 to Jean (Calentine) and Michael Sass Sr.
He was affectionately known as “Big Chris” and anyone who met him was a lifelong friend. He loved to laugh and tell jokes. Chris cherished his family and adored his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his father, Michael Sr.; mother, Jean (Martin) Heuring; siblings, Ronda Dixon (fiancé, Christopher Thompson), Michael Jr. (Mindy); nieces and nephews, Justin, Joseph Jr. (Zena), Andrianna, Isabella, Foster and Michael III; great-nephew, Joseph III; and many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., in Oregon on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 10-2 p.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will remain private.

Chris and I have been friends since kindergarten. He was always the life of every social event. He had a kind heart and love to laugh. Rest In Peace Chris, you will be greatly missed.
