Dorthy was my neighbor and did all my alterations. We did become friends and even shared a margarita or two together once in a while. She was an amazing person with the perseverance that showed everyday. I did admire her strong will and her sewing talents. I enjoyed talking with her and listening to her stories. I will miss her fiesty spirit. May she Rest In Peace . Hugs to her family.

I was so sad today to hear of Dorothy's passing. If nothing else, she isn't hurting.
There are so many positive adjectives to describe her. She was intelligent, brave and funny.
I am proud to call her my friend.

You were the best Grandma a girl could have ever asked for; feisty, sassy, funny, selfless, & you loved a good margarita. We will all miss you dearly. Love you.
