Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.Father Shaheen married us at St. Michaels in Louisville in 1977. He made it a very special ceremony speaking in Arabic as well as English. One does not hear of that in today's ceremonies. We will celebrate our 30th anniversary in August. We are so sorry for your loss. May God bless. Eli and Susan MIke

Our deepest sympathy to Father George's family. He was truly a wonder man and one of the best priests Toledo has ever had. He will be sorely missed.

My dear Margarite, Father Fred, Christina, Lorraine and Michael and Sadie:
How I cherish the memories of our beloved Father George. I feel so priveleged to have in my possession
a VCR that I had taped of a party at my home in Indianapolis for Maheeba's cherished one's reunion.
This took place on the day that Louie Corey became a Deacon and was ordained by the late Archbishop Michael. Immediately following the liturgy on Sunday, everyone from Terre Haute (Indianapolis)and Ohio came to my home for a grand celebration. The tape shows Archbishop Michael and Father George signing "Ifrahee Ya Malakee" (Rejoice Oh Ye Queen) to my mother.
What voices!
As soon as the weather allows, I will have copies of this made for you Margarite and for Sadie. And perhaps Father Fred would like one also.
My prayers are with you. I know what it is like to lose loved ones.
He is surely singing with the angels along with my beloved sister Kate as our parents stand by their side.
Memory eternal. Helen and brother Bob.

Dear Father Shaheen,
I will dearly miss your courteous, loving heart, your humor and hearing your stories of your grandchildren. I will miss sitting and visiting with you in your family room. You were always thrilled to get that phone call from your precious grandchildren and children. I believe they called everyday or you called them. You truly will be missed by so many people, here and faraway. We will think of you often, we will have you in our prayers daily as well as your wife, children, grandchildren and all of the other family members. I will miss you so so so much!! Love, kisses and prayers to you!
Sincerely,
Lana and Mariah Morse
