Jeremiah Valiant Obituary
Jeremiah Valiant, age 43, of Toledo, died unexpectedly Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born in Toledo on September 15, 1974. He is survived by his mother, Deanna Malohn; two sisters Sarah Brown (Robert Brown) and Ann King; nephews, Tarren, Hayden, Lachlan, Camden and R.J. and grandmother, Verena Bartholomy. It is difficult to count all the other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School in 1993, he excelled in both football and wrestling. It was common to see him at the Iron Works Gym or working security in downtown Toledo late into the night. He was a protector and gentleman who looked out for people when they were most vulnerable. He was gifted in experimenting with baking and other forms of low-salt cooking. A dedicated Michigan football fan he could converse and debate about sports for hours. A loyal grandson, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and uncle, he was always there for his family. He was very generous with his time watching younger cousins, the children of friends, and finally his adored nephews. He was always dependable and there when you needed him. He had a talent in finding ways to bring joy to his nephews and everyone else in the family. He had a wonderful sense of humor and his deep laugh would always warm your heart.
Friends may visit at the Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., on Friday June 22nd from 2-8 p.m. where a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m.
