Dear Markland Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother John. As you can imagine, I also feel his loss deeply. I have always just loved John. As you all well know my brother Jim and John were the best of friends growing up, and I sort of hung around with them. Huey will always hold a bright place in my heart. Love to all of you. Johnny was a great little kid. I grew up next door to him and his awesome family.
When Johnny was just a little boy, I remember he liked to run up onto the neighbors front porches on Wayne Street, ring their door bells, then run like a bat out of hell. He was ornery but sweet. Always had a smile on his face, even as an adult.
I remember when he was a little guy, he looked up at my father and called him a "Massard". My father just laughed so hard every time he spoke of it.
I would just give anything if I could be there to honor him. Such a terrible loss for all who knew him and loved him. He will be sorely missed.
Sincerely,
Gayle Schoonover Kramer

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

Sorry for your loss. Take time to grieve and find comfort in knowing that God is near to all those calling on him. Psalm 145:18
