To the family and friends,
I was not aware that this tragedy had happened and am still in a great deal of shock. Anyone who knew Josh knew that he was a friend that would do his best to make you laugh. He was relaxed and laid back most of the time. I personally met Josh at Lake Erie where he spent most of his mornings fishing. My prayers are with the family as the time goes by and our hearts ache. i know it is going to take some time before it will all sink in. He will always be remembered, missed, and loved.

Josh, i didnt get to know you as well as i wish i would have. That regret is hard to live with. But i am lucky to ever have met you. I HOPE YOU ARE IN A BETTER PLACE WHERE YOU CAN LIVE ON IN PEACE. WE LET 2 BALLOONS SAIL INTO THE HEAVENS YESTERDAY. ONE TO REPRESENT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIEND, AND ONE FOR YOU. AS THE SUN REFLECTED OFF OF THE SHINY MILAR BALLOON WHICH REPRESENTS YOU. IT SMILED BACK AT THE OTHER BALLON IT WAS YOU TELLING YOU FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE OK AND JUST THAT QUICK IT WAS NO LONGER VISIBLE THE OTHER BALLOON JUST WAITED TO SEE IT FADE FROM VIEW AND THEN WENT ON TO FLOAT BY JUST AS LIFE DOES.
