On behalf of the Basic High School wolves, I would like to remind you that you are not alone in your sadness, for every one of our choir members feels the pain of losing someone we love. Mr.Cox was an inspiration, to me especially, and I would like to tell you that I took the advice you extended to me at his memorial last night, I will continue to move forward, and my first step was securing an audition with a talent agency!Mr. Cox was more than a teacher. He was, as i said, an inspiration, an instructor, a counselor, a mentor, but most of all, Mr.Cox was a friend more loyal than any we have had before. He would never desert us, and he always found a way to pick the emotion he desired out of us when singing.Mr.Cox was the first person that I met when I came to henderson from washington, and i will never forget how nervous Iwas auditioning for his chamber choir, at seven in the morning in the middle of summer. My voice must have cracked at least three times. whenever i would sing alone in front of Mr.Cox, he made me nervous in the same way, therefore pushing me to strive to be the best that i could.Thank you for ccoming to Mr.Cox's memorial, and blessing us with the presance of the people that made it all happen.thank you for hugging us, and comforting us, even though you must be tolerating such a huge amount of pain.now we know who he got it all from.once again, thank you for being there, just as he would have been, snd know that we think of you often, and with the utmost empathy.

To the Family of Matt
I would like to extend our sympathy to your family on the tragic loss of Matt. My oldest daughter Amy attended Bedford with Matt and was saddened with the news of his passing. It saddens me when we loose a person in his prime of life and has so much to offer society.
Again, you have our sympathy and our prayers.
