May KOVACS Obituary

KOVACS May L. May L. Kovacs of Rossford, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Eleanor Jennings Care Center in Rossford. She was born in Toledo to Walter and Eva (Lowe) Kunz. She had worked for Woolworths in downtown Toledo for many years. While her son was in school she was involved in the Navarre School Mothers Club where she built friendships that lasted a lifetime. May enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family. Preceding her in death was her parents, her husband, Elmer Kovacs in 2008 and her brothers, Walter, Bob, Berlin, Paul and Fred Kunz. She is survived by her son, Michael (Kathleen) Kovacs; grandson, Michael (Heather) Kovacs; and sister, Joan (Bob) Phillips. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and her special friends, Dave and Darla Hufford. Family and friends may visit at the Sujkowski Funeral Home of Rossford, 830 Lime City Rd. on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 2 - 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 14th at 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
