Nancy Yoxthimer Obituary
Nancy Jean
Nancy Jean Yoxthimer, a lifelong Temperance, MI resident, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013, in her daughter, Teresa's, home while under the care of ProMedica Hospice, at the age of 74. The daughter of Glenn and Alma (Whalen) Vyse, she was born October 4, 1939. She was a 1957 graduate of Bedford High School.
Nancy is preceded by her parents, and brother, Robert Vyse. She is survived by her husband, Alvin; daughters, Laura (Evangelo) Lykowski, Teresa (Donald) Burrows; grandchildren, Jacqueline (Robert Jr.) Coberley, Andrew Lykowski, Jennifer (Andrew) Douglas, Joshua Stevenson; great-grandchild- ren, Zachary and Nicholas Coberley; sister, Glennadine Reed, and many loving nieces and nephews, and best friend, Carol Krohn and family.
Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2013, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI. Cremation will follow.

Nancy and I met and became fast friends when I met her after I moved in with my brother Don on Mildred Dr. We had much fun and many adventures together over the years. It has been many years since I have seen her and I am saddened to hear of her passing. I wish that my health permitted me to attend the service in her honor but I offer my love and condolences to her family.
