Phyllis M.
Phyllis M. Mills, 83, passed away on August 19, 2015, at her home. She was born in Springdale, West Virginia on September 10, 1931, to Issac and Irene (Woldridge) Johnson. Phyllis enjoyed shopping, was an outstanding cook, loved entertaining and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Phyllis is survived by children, Carolyn (Saul) Yanez, Carl (Carol) Neff Jr., Connie (Ronald) Hiner, Ray Mills, Debbie (Chuck) Spiller; grandchildren, Jeremy (Andrea) Neff, Angela Yanez (Marcos) Dominguez, Christopher (Amy) Hiner, Tara (Adam) Peters, Ray Jr., Charity, Josh and Catelyn Mills, Ashley Spiller, Brittany (Ruben) Sauceda, and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Allen L. Mills Jr.; brother, Elmer Johnson; grandson, Brandon Yanez; daughter-in-law, Angel Mills; ex-husband and good friend, Carl Neff.
A memorial service will take place at Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in her memory are asked to consider The Sight Center of Northwest Ohio or charity of donor's choice.

Family and friends of Phyllis, we are so sorry for your loss.
We have such fond memories of Aunt Phyllis. She was such a wonderful lady of hospitality and we always felt welcome in her home. She was a lady of class. Our visits were always good loving family times at her house, great memories. I was so glad my Uncle Allen found her.
