I just found out and I am devastated. Just talked to Biddy before Christmas about finding him a place to rent here in florida. He wanted to make the move here. We shared many great times during dartball season and we almost won some co-ed tourneys together! Not too long ago I sat with him and had a cocktail on Ft. Myers beach and we laughed and had a great time...as I always did with Biddy. You will be missed my dear friend, but you will never be forgotten...you will be in my heart always. R I P Biddy Bob!

Robert Gene as I knew him as my family would reminisce, were always happy times. I thank him for spending time with me and my family back in 2010 when we visited Toledo. I thank him for taking us to see his mom (my dads cousin). Although they were short visits it wasn't hard to see what a good hearted person he was. I thank our savior for letting us have him for a short while. I always expected to see him when we visit but that just shows how easy we take things for granted. Love you Robert Gene! May the Lord bless and heal our heavy hearts!

"Biddy Bob"...what a guy! Georgia Peach was a mainstay for many a moon at Biddy Mulligans for both his Dad and him.

Bob, You were the one who always got me through things like this. Having a hard time accepting you won't physically be here. I am taking comfort in that your mom was waiting to welcome you. Glad you are also back with the old neighborhood guys..Greg,Jeff and Robert. I've got a lifetime of memories...you could make me soooo mad and you could make me laugh until i cried. You will forever be in my thoughts, but then you know that don't you!

I will always remember you calling me after the bar closed about 3;00am and talking to me until about 6;00 or 7;00am boy did you have alot to say. And who could forget St. Patrick's Day at Biddys.You will be missed by many pepole. But you will always have a place in my heart. You always told it like it was good or bad you did not lie. And you brought the best out in people and showed them how to have fun like you always did you lived you live to the fullest. Rest In Peace My Friend. My Prayers are with your family.

Some of my best memories are from Biddy Mulligans. There has never been a place like it since. I enjoyed painting the windows and working there, and most of all being your friend. Our deepest regards to "BIDDY BOB;S family. Our son, the late TOM HINES, was a close friend and worked for "Blue Skies" limo service. and shared lots of good times with Bob including their arm wrestling. Bob spoke at Tom's service and if Tom were still with us, sould certainly be the first to pay tribute his good friend. The entire Hines family.

Bob was a wonderful friend. He was a very creative person, always new ideas and positive attitude. We will miss him so very much. We have nothing but great memories of our time together. In past years, whenever we would get together, we would always get the biggest laugh out of the experiences we had at Biddy Mulligans. There will never be another "Biddy Bob". RIP
