Ronald A. Vanuka, 81, Waterville, Ohio, died June 5, 2015, at his home. He was born July 29, 1933, in Cleveland, OH to Charles and Anna Vanuka.
Ron worked as a Color Formulator Supervisor at BASF 48 years, retiring in 1998.
He married Julie 58 years ago on June 23, 1956. She survives along with daughter, Kathleen (Dale) Bicksler, West Milford, NJ; son, Robert Vanuka, Bozeman, MT, and grandson, Ryan Vanuka. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 7220 Dutch Rd., Waterville, OH. The family will receive guests from 12 noon until the time of service. Pastor Jeff Wheeland will officiate. Memorial contributions can be given to The Toledo Humane Society.
