Terry Lytle Obituary

LYTLE Terry Terry Lytle, founder/director of Devil's Lake Drive-In/Drive-In Ministries, was promoted to glory, April 1, 2008. The drive-in expanded into Florida and International Mobile Ministries. Born in Lansing, MI, he attended Moody Bible Institute, pastored two churches, the Manitou Beach Community Church and West Rome Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Olive; children and spouses, Lynella (Birne) Wiley, Dennis (Dianne) Lytle, Kay (Ron) Brantner; grandchildren, Joshua Squires, Caleb and Jonathan (Corrie) Wiley, Liz and Stephanie Lytle; great-grandson, Skyler Squires; his brother, Lowell (Barbara) Lytle. Memorial Service will take place Saturday, May 24, 11 a.m. at the Ganson Street Church, 637 West Ganson, Jackson, Michigan. Terry will be remembered by his family and friends for his humor, passion for souls, and visionary outreach. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Devil's Lake Drive-In, Box 116, Manitou Beach, MI 49253. The Devil's Lake Drive-In will open for the season, Saturday and Sunday, June 14 and 15, with the film "Decoration Day".

Thank God for the Lytle family. Terry's mom was a big reason i came to know jesus as my savior. They rented to my mom with 4 small kids.I would go with his mom and dad to terry's churches.
